At Bloom Speech Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality speech therapy services tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Below is a breakdown of our service fees:

Individual Therapy or Assessment Sessions (in person or via telehealth)

• 60 minutes - $190

• 45 minutes - $160

  Please note, all therapy and assessment sessions have an additional 15 minutes charged for note writing (charged at the hourly rate).

Written Reports

• Standard Letter, Summary Report or Progress Summary  $190

• Comprehensive Report (including NDIS reports) $380

  Reports must be paid in full prior to release.

Consultations with Paediatricians, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Teachers and/or Other Professionals via email or phone calls

• Charged at the hourly rate. 

Resource Development (e.g. Social Stories, visuals)

• Charged at the hourly rate. 

Mobile Services

• An additional travel fee is charged for all mobile therapy services (i.e. home/school/childcare visits)

• Charged based on time and distance travelled. 

We understand that funding therapy services can be a concern for many families. We offer several funding options to help make our services accessible:

• Private Health Insurance 

  • Many private health insurance plans offer rebates for speech therapy services. Please check with your provider for specific coverage details.

  • We can provide invoices and necessary documentation to support your claims.

• National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

  • We are able to see participants with self-managed or Plan-managed NDIS funds.

  • Services can be funded through different NDIS budgets, including Capacity Building and Core Supports.

• Medicare

  • Certain children may be eligible for Medicare rebates under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan or the Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) Plan.

We accept payment by credit/debit card and all fees are due on the day of service.
